Coaching Plans

Training Squad

The Training Squad option is for athletes that are interested in improving your training and racing and joining a supportive community of triathletes. Training squad members members have access to 2-3 weekly in-person workouts and monthly webinars. This is the perfect starting point if you are new to triathlon or looking to add structure and community to your triathlon training.

Monthly Coaching Plan

The monthly coaching plan includes a personalized training plan each month based on current fitness and recent performance in workouts and races. This plan includes a Training Peaks or Today's Plan Premium Account and a 30-minute monthly coaching call. Monthly coaching plan athletes have access to 2 weekly workouts and monthly webinars. 

Weekly Training Plan

The weekly coaching plan includes a personalized training plan updated each week based on current fitness and recent performance in workouts and races. This plan includes a Training Peaks or Today's Plan Premium Account and a 60-minute monthly coaching call. Weekly coaching plan athletes have access to 2 weekly workouts and monthly webinars.
